Chai, sold on street corners in India, may be made in varying strengths. It is made with tea, preferably, Nilgiri; spices - cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, clove, and black pepper (!); and milk. We provide the recipe and the tea/spice blend; you'll have to provide the milk. The tea gives it flavor and body and fragrance; the spices give heat and warmth and aroma; and the milk tempers the spices to a soothing brew. Contains: Blended black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, vanilla beans, honey and vanilla flavorings (natural and artificial).
