2. Do not input a password
3. Then click the "forgot your password" link

1. Type in your current email address on file with us
2. Click on the “Continue” Button

1. Once you get the message under "Sign in to Your Account" that says an email was sent to your inbox
2. Go to your email program and find the CONFIRMATION EMAIL MESSAGE (Shown in FIG 1 below)
3. Click on the BLUE link in the email message

1. Once you confirm your password change you will be shown the screen below with the message that says your password has been changed.

2. CHECK YOUR EMAIL AGAIN FOR THE "NEW PASSWORD EMAIL MESSAGE"
****Message may take a few minutes to receive in your email, please be patient****
****Also check your SPAM folder if you waited several minutes and still do not get the message****

1. INPUT your EMAIL ADDRESS on file

2. Input your NEWLY GENERATED PASSWORD SENT TO YOU FROM CHEW BROKERS VIA EMAIL.
****Please DO NOT copy and paste the generated password from your email, instead type it manually****

3. Click on "Sign In" to enter your account area

To change your automatically generated password to something easier for you to remember CLICK ON “YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS” link shown below in the image

1. Type your desired password in the “PASSWORD” field
2. Then type it again in the “CONFIRM PASSWORD” field
3. Click on “Update My Details” button
