Our blends are unique in that the base is carefully chosen to complement the spices/herbs/flowers flavorings added in creating the blend. We have found the creation of our tea blends to be an exciting adventure, with thoughtful recognition of the associations tea has had since ancient times. Each back label carries a bit of tea lore/history or an explanation of the associations evoked by the blend.
